If joint or muscle pain is affecting your daily life, Richards Chiropractic is here to help with tailored care that relieves pain and supports long-term recovery.
Joint and muscle pain can affect people of all ages and lifestyles, often making everyday tasks feel difficult or uncomfortable. Whether it’s due to poor posture, injury, overuse, or general wear and tear, this type of pain can have a big impact on your mobility and quality of life. At Richards Chiropractic, we understand how frustrating it can be to live with ongoing discomfort – and we’re here to help.
Our approach focuses on identifying the root cause of your pain rather than simply managing the symptoms. Through a detailed assessment, we look at how your body is moving and functioning as a whole. We then use gentle, hands-on chiropractic techniques to restore proper alignment, ease muscle tension, and support your body’s natural healing process.
In addition to hands-on treatment, we provide personalised advice on movement, posture, and exercises to help reduce future flare-ups and improve long-term function. Whether you’re experiencing general stiffness, pain from a sports injury, or discomfort linked to your lifestyle, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Couldn’t tell if chiropractic treatment was suitable for my issue, from a lot of research online. This became a catch-22 as I needed help but was apprehensive about spending money on something ultimately unhelpful. Sarah was the only chiropractor in the area who took the time to respond to queries via email with honesty, and in the end kindly offered to meet and talk so I was better informed. While Sarah recommended a better-suited route of treatment for me, I am still leaving a review. Since it is such a privilege these days to come across someone honest and evidently highly experienced, who actually listens and takes concerns seriously.

Sarah was recommended to me when I moved to MK over 16 years ago. I’ve trusted her to look after my back ever since, which she’s done in a friendly and very professional manner. I’ve recommended her to a number of friends and family, who have also been very pleased, and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Thank you Sarah!

Excellent service. Gutted I moved a few hundred miles away, which is the only reason you will find to stop seeing Sarah. After she helped me recover from the worst of my sciatica, the less regular maintenance appointments helped stop a serious flare up. Any flare ups were down to me pushing my luck, more often than I should have. I never felt judged by Sarah. Even though it meant I saw her less she recommend pilates to help me improve my core strength and posture. If I get a big win on the lottery I’d consider bribing her to relocate. Having an excellent chiropractic in your local area us priceless.

Over the last 15 years Sarah Richards has changed my life for the better. When I first started with back issues I struggled to do every day things and was in constant pain. Sarah identified the problem areas and treated them accordingly, this helped me to continue as a full time HGV driver. Excellent customer experience every time, my best investment in myself.

I have been seeing Sarah for many years now (only every 3 months now for a top up)and I truly believe my lower back treatment has made a huge difference. I don’t even think about my back now whereas before I started seeing Sarah it felt like a constant struggle. I have my life back – thank you
